The cigarettes and tobacco we sell are made in USA, UK, France, Switzerland and Germany ONLY. www.cigarette1.com accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products. In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available, it will be displayed on the main page and a refund will be offered to the Customer ( or credit note if the customer wants so )

Goods delivery

 

Goods are delivered by International Priority Mail Service and doesn t needs to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at orders@cigarette1.com quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.

Delivery time


The average delivery time to United States is 10 days and to other countries the average delivery time is 12 days. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. Delivery time may vary depending on the country and city you live in. www.cigarette1.com will not be held responsible for any delay (such as holidays etc...) or losses caused by the carrier.

Shipping info

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours once your payment has been received (excluding weekends and holidays). We use a very efficient shipping technic and your cartons are wrapped in a way that they don't look like cigarettes. We ship cigarettes in INDIVIDUAL carton per parcels for the UK (All sent the same day) and by parcels of 5 cartons each for the rest of the world

Return policy


We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know and we will give you return instructions (return address). Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your money (minus shipping and money transfer fees of 10%).

 

The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement.
www.cigarette1.com is not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address.

 

International Duty Laws (Customs)


It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of cigarettes in your area are prohibited under local laws. In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your parcel you have a choice to pay the duty or refuse the package, in which case the package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the order (minus shipping and money transfer fees of 10%)..
